By Appointment + Curbside only and only after online screening form is completed Call 240-608-2006 upon arrival CURBSIDE. After sample collection, please leave curbside area ASAP so as not to block the space for next appointment. For active infections only, this is a screening test only. Please consult your physician for treatment. We will provide results for you to take to physician. Sample collection time is 10-15min and results typically within 30minutes.
